All must be current or issued within the past 5 years:

State issued Drivers License or ID Card

U.S. Issued Passport

Foreign passport stamped by the INS (U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services)

Alien registration card (acceptable only for notarization of INS forms

Militay Service I.D. Card issued by the U.S. Government

Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada

If signer lacks ID, two people who know signer and have current ID may swear to signer's identity.
